The on-site bending machine system is driven by two direct drive motors, the motor and the slider are connected by a screw. The position feedback signal is sent to the bending machine system, and the two drives work in the speed mode (limit output torque). The position loop of the left and right motors is independently controlled by the bending machine system. The two drive units exchange data through the CAN bus, and judge the absolute position difference of the two motors in real time. If it exceeds the set value, the system will send a motor over-difference fault alarm.
