Hydraulic test equipment is an integrated testing platform used to measure pressure, flow rate, and detect the performance of hydraulic systems. It finds wide applications in various fields such as university experiments, pressure testing, industry, and automotive, where flow rate and pressure measurements are required. The primary purpose of hydraulic test equipment is to ensure the performance and safety of these systems during design, manufacturing, and maintenance processes.
Typically, it consists of the following components:
1.Drive motor: Drives the pressure and flow rate in pipeline.
2.Load motor: Limits torque and realizes counter-torque with the drive motor through hydraulic pressure.
3.Hydraulic motor: The load motor generates a load, which is converted into pressure for testing through the hydraulic motor.
The electrical control of a hydraulic test bench is divided into two parts: the drive motor and the load motor. The drive motor uses closed-loop speed control, and its speed drives the hydraulic oil. The load motor generates a load for the hydraulic motor, and by changing the output torque, the pressure can be changed to meet the pressure test requirements.
Configuration.
In this application, the hydraulic test equipment is equipped with two GK900 series AC drives, corresponding to two motors. One is a drive motor AC drive, GK900-4T200G, matched with a ZM asynchronous servo motor of 200kW; the other is a load motor AC drive, GK900-4T132G, matched with a ZM asynchronous servo motor of 132kW.
GK900 is the book-type versatile series which can be used to replace GK620 and GK820 with more cost-effective price. Moreover, its performance is optimized and many new functions are added. It almost can be applied in all kinds of industries from the simple fan & pump to the most demanding ones.
